One of our goals at Spectrum Health was to grow organizational capability across three primary skills: change management, project management, and communication. This ‘Start Strong’ project leadership playbook was created to support our leaders and teams with incorporating strategic planning and design thinking into planning and execution processes. I participated in the design and led content creation for this playbook.
